Landing Nailed

Some days, mental health feels a bit like flying a broomstick into a crosswind. One can be cruising along quite nicely when

suddenly life throws in a rogue gust, a wonky broom and an unexpected meeting with the ground. This witch may not have landed

gracefully, but she landed nonetheless. She dusts herself off, straightens her hat and prepares to fly again.

Mental health is not about ever failing. It is about discovering that a crash does not have to be the end of ones flight.

Sometimes resilience arrives with dignity. Sometimes it arrives upside down in a bush, broomstick implanted beside it.

Either way......landing is nailed
