AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

ORDERS, PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND CANCELLATIONS
Some products are produced after an order is placed and may be manufactured or dispatched by third-party production partners, including partners outside Australia.
Please check product descriptions, measurements, delivery information and your order details before purchasing.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be made promptly. Our ability to accommodate a voluntary request may depend on whether production or dispatch has started. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right remains unaffected.
Production after purchase does not, by itself, establish that a product is legally personalised or exempt from statutory withdrawal rights. Any applicable exception must meet the relevant legal requirements.
Wiit & Wisdom remains responsible for meeting its obligations to customers; a production partner’s policy does not replace your rights against us.

DELIVERY, CUSTOMS AND RETURNS
Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
