Returns for defects during production must be received within 14 days or asap from receipt of goods to the customer. (Defective goods need to be delivered to factory -China- via Wiit & Wisdom office in Australia)

At this point in time return of goods to 5 Bath St Ararat 3377 will need to be paid by the customer! Resending of new item will be free!

Defective Items

We strive to provide high quality products. If you receive a defective item, please return the item to us within 14 days or asap of receiving your order. We @ Wiit & Wisdom are required to return item/s to the producer within 30 days of delivery to ‘you’ the customer. An exchange of the item can then be forwarded to you!

Exchanges and Refunds need to be enacted within 30 days of receiving you order. We make time allowances for holidays. The item/s must be unworn and unwashed. *They must be returned with all tags attached.

3. Upon us receiving the item/s and verifying the defect/issue we will proceed with your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment source in 3 days or less.

Choose the tee shirt artwork & size carefully. Your tee shirt is printed on demand we do not have a stock of items. Please choose carefully, though we understand mistakes can be made!
