Emotional Breakdown: Understanding Meltdowns
In my life the smiley face is a paradox. Still smiling despite 'heat and pressure' suggesting that events in my life did warp under the exceptional pressure in my life. The design transforms, in my mind, to a symbol of escape, endurance and recovery. Out of the ashes and and memories of gaslighting and coercive control and melting of the manipulation, arosea perpetual smile and a memory of how i used to feel.
